AI usage transparency

This page informs users of Industorya about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, in line with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (the « AI Act »).

Our position under the AI Act

Industorya is neither a provider nor a developer of an AI system within the meaning of the regulation. COMITRONIC-BTI uses third-party commercial AI tools internally to assist with content production and quality control. No AI system is made available to site users, no automated decision affecting a user or a company listing is made by an AI, and no social scoring, emotion recognition or biometric categorisation system is used. The site therefore does not operate a "high-risk" AI system within the meaning of the regulation's annexes.

AI uses in place

As part of developing and operating the site, generative AI and coding-assistance tools may be used, under human supervision, for:

• Software development assistance — code generation, review and debugging.
• Image generation and editing — creating or enhancing visuals (illustrations, thumbnails) used on the site.
• Content translation — assisting with translating interface text and pages across French, English and the other supported languages, with human review.
• Security analysis and verification — automated detection of vulnerabilities in the source code (static analysis) and application security testing.

Tools used

Depending on the task, the COMITRONIC-BTI team may use the following tools:

• Claude Code (Anthropic) — development assistance
• Codex (OpenAI) — development assistance
• ChatGPT (OpenAI) — content generation and review
• Gemini (Google) — content generation and review, images
• DeepL — text translation
• Semgrep — static application security testing (SAST)
• Strix (strix.ai) — AI-assisted application security testing

These tools are used as production or review aids, subject to human review and validation before publication. They do not process site users' personal data beyond the source code and editorial content submitted to them for assistance purposes.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content

Some visuals, translations or text on the site may have been generated or improved with the help of an AI tool and then validated by a human operator before publication. No AI-generated content is presented as coming from a real person, and no "deepfake" is used.
