Free professional directory Industorya, published by COMITRONIC-BTI.

1. Purpose

Industorya is a free online directory listing industrial companies (machine safety, automation, robotics, sensors, vision, integration, etc.). These terms govern access to the service and the publication of company listings.

2. Account and listing

Account and listing creation is reserved for companies or their representatives. The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided and holds the rights to the content uploaded (logo, text, photos, videos, catalogs).

3. Review and publication

Every listing is reviewed manually before publication to keep the directory made of genuine professional companies. The publisher may reject, suspend or remove any non-compliant, misleading or out-of-scope listing, without compensation.

4. Free of charge

Basic listing is free. Paid premium offers may be introduced later without affecting the free basic offer.

5. Prohibited content

Prohibited content includes: unlawful, defamatory, infringing or misleading content, as well as any abusive automated use (spam, mass data scraping).

6. Liability

Listings are published under their authors' responsibility. The publisher is not liable for business relationships between users nor for the accuracy of information published by companies. The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability.

7. Personal data and hosting

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Privacy-friendly analytics. For any access, rectification or deletion request: contact@industorya.com.

Data is hosted in Europe, mainly in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva). Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

8. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos and content remain the property of their owners. By publishing, the user authorizes their display on the site within the directory.

9. Changes to the terms

The publisher may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one online at the time of use.
