Terms and conditions of sale

Sale of Industorya paid features, published by COMITRONIC-BTI.

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern subscriptions to the paid features offered by Industorya to companies that hold a listing: “Calendar / News”, “Unlimited products” and “Unlimited media”. They supplement the terms of use.

2. Features and pricing

Descriptions and current prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in euros. Each feature is subscribed for a one-year term (365 days).

The launch price applies only to the first subscription year. Thereafter, renewal is billed at the standard price in effect on the renewal date.

3. Order and activation

Orders are placed by contacting us at contact@industorya.com. The feature is activated manually by our team after the order is confirmed and payment received. It stays active for 365 days, then deactivates automatically, with no tacit renewal.

4. Payment

Payment is due on order, under the terms agreed at that time. Activation follows receipt of payment.

5. Term, renewal and termination

The subscription ends automatically at the end of the 365 days. No automatic renewal applies: the customer freely chooses whether to renew at the price then in effect. As the feature is not tacitly renewed, no termination action is required.

6. Right of withdrawal

The services are intended for professionals acting in the course of their business. As the ordered feature is a digital service performed upon activation, the customer acknowledges that no refund is due once the feature is activated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

COMITRONIC-BTI uses the necessary means to keep the service running properly. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content they publish (events, products, media).

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the legal notice and the terms of use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the publisher's registered office.
