Turnkey Box Build

Turnkey Box Build integrates the enclosure, approved PCBAs, internal cable harnesses, electromechanical hardware, firmware, labels and packaging into a finished OEM unit. One accountable workflow runs from scope review and NPI planning through build preparation, assembly, project-defined testing and configuration, and a documented handover. Services include system integration, DFM/drawing/BOM review, enclosure and PCBA integration, harness routing, conformal coating and potting, environmental stress screening and burn-in, firmware loading, and labeling/serialization/packaging. It supports prototype, NPI/pilot, low-volume high-mix and high-volume builds.
